We observe with concern that the Israeli parliament advances a draft bill that gives approval to various settlements consisting of a total of 4.000 housing units built on private properties of Palestinians. On this occasion, we once again remind the Israeli Government to put an end, without delay, to the violations of the international law and the human rights in the Palestinian territories that it continues to occupy.
