We have learnt with sorrow that the terrorist attack perpetrated yesterday (10 September 2018) at the Libyan National Oil Corporation’s (NOC) headquarters in the capital Tripoli caused casualties.

We strongly condemn this terrorist attack towards an institution which has a key place in terms of stability and welfare of Libya.

We wish God’s mercy upon those who lost their lives, a speedy recovery to the wounded and convey our condolences to the friendly Government and the brotherly people of Libya.
