We welcome the launch of the second phase talks today in the Republic of Sudan, in line with the transition process on the basis of the Framework Agreement signed on 5 December 2022.

We attach importance to the advancement of this process on a broad base, encompassing all the segments in the Sudan.

Our country will continue to stand by the brotherly people of the Sudan, as it has always been.
